Learn more about your body (physically, mentally, and emotionally) and gain a deeper experience of the Kaiut Yoga Method.
The Five Day Practice Intensive is designed to give students a deeper practice experience with the founder of the Method, Francisco Kaiut. Francisco Kaiut will be leading the Practice Intensive remotely using advanced livestream technology. He will be able to control the camera and pan in and around the room.
This is not a ZOOM event. Participants will be in-person at the JCC and Francisco will lead the class remotely. Open to all levels of experience.

What Students of the Five Day Practice Intensive Can Expect:
- Experience 5 days of practice and learn more foundational principles of the Kaiut Yoga method

Sunday January 3rd
Orientation: 6pm – 8pm
Monday January 4th – Friday January 8th
AM Session: 9am – 12:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
PM Session: 2:00pm – 5:00pm

All equipment including yoga mats will be provided. Just arrive!
No online streaming or online program will be available for these classes.
Refunds
Please note. Our refund policy is as stated. We refund minus fees associated to the original transaction. Up until a month ahead of the event, we will grant a full refund. Within a month of the intensive, we will refund 50% minus processing fees. Attendees can issue refund requests by emailing events@kaiutyogaboulder.com.
