A Conversation on Health and Resilience

There is a deep desire inside most of us to be healthy. Generally speaking, there’s two traps that most of us fall into:

  1. We tend to define health by the lack of sickness
  2. We often forget that health is fluid and flexible. It’s not something that we achieve or gain and then the process is over.

By its very nature, the Kaiut practice delivers resiliency over time which leads to a system more capable of being healthy.
